Terms of Use

These terms apply to intellectmedicos.com, our learning platform at courses.intellectmedicos.com, our course WhatsApp groups and every Intellect Medicos course, workshop, webinar and resource. By enrolling, or by using this website, you agree to them. Please read them with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who we are

Intellect Medicos provides online and in-person coaching for doctors preparing for the MRCP(UK) Part 1 and Part 2 examinations. We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK, MRCP(UK), the GMC or any hospital or training programme. Questions about these terms: intellect.medicos1@gmail.com.

Enrolment and access

Each course is sold for a specific batch with the start date, duration and access period shown on the course page at the time you enrol. Access is personal to you, is delivered through our learning platform and is limited to the number of devices stated at enrolment. We may ask you to verify your identity before granting or restoring access. Access ends at the end of the stated period unless an extension is included in your package or agreed in writing.

What is included

What you receive is what is listed on the course page for the package you buy. Live classes are recorded and uploaded to the platform; a missed live session does not entitle you to a refund or extension. Class timings, faculty and the order of topics may change for operational reasons, and we will let you know through the platform or your batch group when they do.

Payment and refunds

Fees are payable in full, or in the instalments shown, before access is granted. Prices are shown in the currency on the payment page and may change between batches; an early-bird price is only available until the date stated. Our refund position is set out in full in the Refund Policy: fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except in exceptional circumstances decided solely by Dr Chirag Madaan.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the course for your own exam preparation only; not to share your login, recordings, notes, question banks or any other material with anyone; to be courteous in live classes and in the batch WhatsApp group; and not to record, screenshot or redistribute any session or material. If you breach these responsibilities we may remove you from the course and the group without refund.

Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, recordings, notes, question banks, mock examinations, slides, PDFs, mnemonics and teaching frameworks, is owned by Intellect Medicos or its faculty and is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation during your access period. Nothing is sold or transferred to you, and no part of it may be copied, published, resold or used to create another course or product.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass the MRCP examination, or any examination, by completing a course. Your result depends on your own preparation, effort and application of the material. We do not guarantee employment, a training post or any career outcome. Pass rates, testimonials and Wall of Fame entries describe the experience of individual doctors and are not a promise about yours.

Medical content

Our teaching is designed to prepare you for an examination. It is framed around UK clinical practice, NICE guidelines and the BNF, and is simplified for exam recall. It is not clinical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of any patient. Guidelines change; always rely on the current published source in clinical practice.

Our liability

We take care to keep our content accurate and our platform available, but we do not promise that either will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the country where you live.

This website

Information on this website is provided in good faith and may be updated or removed without notice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you enrol is the one that applies to your enrolment. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Intellect Medicos is registered. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms takes those away. We will always try to resolve any concern directly first: email intellect.medicos1@gmail.com.
