Refund Policy

Intellect Medicos is a course in which you enrol, not a product you purchase, use, and then return if it doesn’t fit. As is the case with digital products, once access is granted, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, Intellect Medicos will not refund the fees.

The only exception is exceptional circumstances. Whether a circumstance is exceptional is decided solely by Dr Chirag Madaan, and his decision is final. To request a review, email intellect.medicos1@gmail.com from the email address you purchased with and include your order number.

Please read before you enrol:

• We do not guarantee that you will pass the MRCP examination, or any examination, by completing the course. Your result depends on your own preparation, effort and application of the material.
• We do not guarantee employment, a training post, or any career outcome.
• Live classes are recorded and uploaded to the app; missing a live session is not grounds for a refund.
• Access to the batch WhatsApp group is part of the course and is for enrolled students only.
• Course content is copyrighted. Sharing login details, recordings or materials will result in removal from the course without refund.

If you feel stuck with the course material or a part of the class isn’t making sense, email us at intellect.medicos1@gmail.com and we will walk you through it. If you are not ready to commit, please don’t enrol.
